Doorprize Winners & Trunk Shows

Hi Stitchers - We have three Trunk Shows in the Shop right now - be sure to come in and see them all! Some of you may be asking "What is a Trunk Show?" A Trunk Show happens when a designer loans their stitched models (usually, about 20 of them) to a shop for a short period of time. They typically ship the models in a trunk and therefore, these events came to be known as "Trunk Shows". It's a great way for you to see a lot of finished stitching and to get a feel for different designer's works. It's also fun to see how the different designers finish their stitching, whether it be framing, pillows, needlebooks, wallhangings, or something else. Right now in the shop we have Trunk Shows from Trail Creek Farm, Erica Michaels, and Heart in Hand. They'll only be here for a short time so be sure to come in and take a look. We also have all the patterns and kits available for the models on display. If you're not familiar with these designers, their patterns are all available through the Merchant Mall on our website http://www.needledelights.com. You may also visit their individual websites. Labor Day Weekend News: We'll be OPEN regular hours on Saturday 9-4 and closed as usual on Monday. I hope you all enjoy a long weekend - I'm looking forward to some relaxing stitching time and a BBQ on Monday! Now for the exciting news!
