New in the Shop
Sent: December 5, 2006
Hi Stitchers -
Can you believe it's December already?! Where has this year gone??! I hope you are getting through your holiday planning, decorating, shopping, partying, etc, etc during this busy time of year. Here at Needle Delights, we had our last All Night Stitch of the year this past weekend and a fun time was had by all. The hit of the night was the Pumpkin Trifle that Sherri Rigby brought - I'll get the recipe from her and pass it on to all of you who might like to try it. If you like pumpkin, you'll love this!
Visit the Merchant Mall to see what's new this week. There are a lot of cute patterns and I'll be ordering in the next day or so. http://www.needledelights.com and click on the "Merchant Mall".
Mirabilia Designs and Hoffman Distributing Company are very proud to present a new annual Christmas tree series from Nora Corbett! The "Christmas Tree 2006" includes 10 different beads and treasures from Mill Hill, 2 Kreinik Metallic threads, and the graph. The generous placement of vibrant embellishments really makes the tree sparkle and come to life! The threads used are DMC and the model was stitched on 32 count Dirty Linen from Zweigart. Threads and fabric are not included with this design. Stitched area is 7 1/2" x 11".
The 2006 Mirabilia Christmas Tree kit will arrive later this week. Please email us if you'd like to reserve a kit.
The Trinkets Sewing Cards from Tokens and Trifles have been a big hit in the shop - if you need a last minute ornament stitched, this is it! You can download two free patterns for them at
Don't forget we sell Gift Certificates in all amounts. We're happy to sell them over the phone to your loved ones and we'll mail them to the sender or the recipient. They're the perfect answer when someone asks, "What do you want for Christmas?" There are lots of other fun things in the shop as well - for those of you who attended the Retreat, don't forget about your coupon for the month of December. Speaking of the Retreat, registration forms for next year should be released later this week!
I'd also like to remind you that the shop will be closed from December 24th to January 1st for us to celebrate the holiday with our families. I'll be heading to North Carolina and hope to see snow on the mountains!
Hope to see you all before the New Year!
