The Online Needlework Show is now open for your online shopping pleasure.  Just go to www.needleworkshow.com and sign in under General Viewing. I know some of you have already been at the show because the orders are coming in! Thanks so much. I did get an email from someone asking if they should order directly through a vendor’s website. Please don’t do this as it takes business away from us at Needle Delights. Your shopping here and placing orders is what keeps our doors open. If you deal directly with a vendor, there’s no reason for me to have a shop.

I’ve browsed half the vendors and here are my “thoughts and opinions” – in no particular order except that they are alphabetical by vendor! I’ll do the rest of the alphabet today and send another email this afternoon or tomorrow morning!

Carriage House Samplings – 4 new charts from one of my favorite designers; Black Horse Inn is my favorite of the new and of course, Shores of Hawk Run Hollow that was released in Nashville is fabulous!

Cat’s Whiskers – High quality patterns and kits – we bought the new stuff in Nashville and have had to reorder!

Charlette’s Collectibles – cute charts with lots of “sayings”

Cherished Stitches – designs are inspired by antique samplers and sewing smalls

CherryWood Design Studios – new cross stitch design company with Autumn and Halloween charts – Start now and you’ll be able to display them this year!

Cinnamon Cat – their logo is so cute and so are their charts – I’ve not seen these before- they're from overseas

Cross Stitch Wonders – 13 new designs – the Jacobean Dragonflies and Jacobean Sea Friends charts would look adorable in a child’s room

Cross Stitch Art – Asian influenced and inspired (in my opinion!)

Designs from Pamela – has a new series “Grandma & Me” based upon letters of the alphabet (you know me & alphabets!!), these are being created with the idea of introducing a young one to the art of stitching – great for boys and girls (and adults too!)

Dessins DHC – A French company with an eclectic assortment of patterns – I think I’ve ordered from them at every online show

Enchanting Lair – designs with a fantasy flare

European Cross-stitch Co – Distributor of patterns from a lot of different European designers – I always order from her at the shows. For the mermaid lovers, check out the Mermaid Box at the beginning of her page!

Fern Ridge – Beaded fob kits and more

Forever in My Heart – lots of “sayings” and “quotes” and quick to stitch for gifts

Funk & Weber – the designer that created the Needle & Thread: Stitching for Literacy Bookmark Challenge; she has three new bookmark patterns and a whole lot more

Handy Caddy – we’ve got a few of the organizers in the shop

Heart’s Content – specializing in “over one thread” charts and kits – excellent quality; I‘ve got  some of her kits in my own personal stash at home!

Hooked on Rugs – fabulous punch needle; one of my personal favorites for punch needle patterns

Ink Circles – always a show favorite; lots of new designs

JBW – a popular designer with lots of charts and pre-finished pillows.

Kelmscott – Another popular show vendor – I couldn’t keep the mother of pear rulers in stock after the Nashville Market! The heart threadkeeps were also very pretty. I think we may have some in the shop but will be happy to order more! Her needle minders continue to be popular as well.

Linen Sampler – reproduction samplers

Marking Sampler – reproduction type samplers & gift items

Midnight Stitching – Quaker & spot samplers, snowmen, and a heartstruck series – I like a lot of these charts!

Milady’s Needle – another shop favorite – we carry a lot of her designs and of course, I love her new “alphabet series”

My Big Toe – I’ll be ordering the cat fobs and new designs. She’ll custom make a fob for you if you tell me what you want. You can specify color, charm and regular length or mini length fob. We had a trunk show during the Open House last summer and practically sold out of everything. She also does the marking pins and you can also order those by color and I’ll see what I can do!

I have to order everything by midnight so please give me as much time as you can. Just send me an email and tell me what you’d like. You are welcome to order more than once – I’ll be combining all the orders at the end and if you’re having an order shipped, you’ll get everything together with only one postage charge.
