RE: Mid week update

Sent: August 12, 2009

Hi Stitchers -
I know it's not Tuesday or Friday but this email is still an update! Early or late or a little of both, at least you'll know we're still here! We had a very successful Open House and thank all of you who came. Although we were weary at the end of the day Saturday, we did draw the names for the doorprizes and the following people have a prize to collect the next time they come to the shop. Congratulations to:
Gisela Vogentanz
Marilyn Rosbough
Erica Biron
Cheri Hammer
Danielle Bentley
Dianna Archey
Vickie Colley
Linda Anne Buehler
Pam Burke
Please email us if your name is listed above to let us know that you're notified!
I still have a lot of information and photos to add to the website but the Coming Soon is updated with the Halloween stuff from Just Nan (due in at month end). There's also a photo of the Blackbird book 'Tis Halloween which should be in soon.  Click ComingSoon and then let us know if you want something or pre-order through the website.
A note about ordering through the website - if we have your payment info on file, we'll use it. If not, put a note in the comments and we'll call you - there is no need to send a check. We do offer paypal as well but will have to send you a total and/or an invoice. One of the top priority things on my "LIST" is to get this all squared away. In the meantime, thanks for your patience.
The New page for this week is already started and will probably be added to but there's lots to see, including this year's Prairie Schooler Santa, four new patterns from them, Blackbird's latest Loose Feathers, and much more. The Halloween issue of Just Cross Stitch just came in - it's a great issue and includes an article about Primitive Needle (remember, we have their Trunk Show still).
There are new "Just Pins" from Just Another Button Co - they debuted at the Open House and are too cute. Stick them in a pincushion or wear them (remember the oh so popular stick pins of the early 80s...).
Click NewThisWeek to see it all.
I'm off to the printer and then home to stitch! Hope you're using a needle tonight!
