Hi Stitchers -
Happy Tuesday! The sun is shining and it's wonderful here! I just want to remind the locals (from Louisiana to Tallahassee!) about the Friday SAL this week. It's Friday, Feb 5th from 9am to noon. Please RSVP so we know how many chairs to set up. I'm excited to see how everyone is coming along on their SAL projects - I hope you are enjoying the new Chat Boards - post more, please!
I've posted a few things in the "Coming Soon" section of the website. Alread on order, they'll probably be here next week. Mill Hill has new Jim Shore Angel kits. One of my favorite cross stitch/different stitches designer (Drawn Thread) has three new patterns - I've stitched a lot of their designs and there's just something about them that is really fun to stitch. In fact we changed the display up front to show off hearts and their "An Open Heart" is front and center. Friendship Garden is my favorite of the new and I may have a hard time not starting it when it comes in! Click ComingSoon to see the new.
The "Tiny Scissors" shown below will actually come home from Nashville with me - I've already preordered a bunch but thought I'd show you a photo so you can be sure to get on the list and I can increase my order if need be. The Dinky Dyes scissors always sell out fast! These 2 1/2" tiny patterned scissors have a lime green and yellow mix with contrasting deep purple, deep blue and teal and are functional as well as affordable at only $12.95. They're too FUN to not add to your collection! Email me quick if you want to be on the "First List"!
In the shop we have a number of JAB Co free patterns with the purchase of a button set - we're discounting these 20% to move them out of here - I'll try to load them on the website this week. Also updated is JAB Co's website - it's very "customer friendly" now and I invite you to visit their and then shop with us. Some of the button packs you want may even be on sale! Click JABCO to get to their new site.
It's time for Tuesday night stitching - I'm going to work on my "Two Turtle Doves" for the SAL!
