Hi Stitchers –
We’ve finally had some (a very little some) rain here but I’m still going to do a rain dance this weekend because we need more! Added to the weekend to-do list is buying a new printer/scanner/copier – I love technology but not so much when it’s too tired to work anymore and isn’t compatible with my new laptop!
On the stitching front, the Lizzie Kate auto arrived in the shop today – there’s the “Life’s A Beach” kit, the first in the new Inspirational Boxer kits (I Know God) with a quote from Mother Theresa, “I Know God won’t give me anything I can’t handle…I just wish he didn’t trust me so much”, an Autumn Alphabet chart (with a cute little squirrel charm), and Snippets “Wine A Bit”, :Farm Sampler”, and “Live Laugh Love” which includes two charts. You'll have to see the Snippets at Lizzie Kate's Blog (http://www.lizziekate.blogspot.com/) due to my technical issues...We do have the charts in the shop though!
Also in this week are the new Mill Hill kits and the counted canvas patterns from Nancy’s Needle. See it all at NewThisWeek. The new listings from Hoffman are posted and I’ll be ordering these the first of the week. If you’re into primitive, be sure to check out the New Designer – Falling Star Primitive. See them and more in Hoffman’s Friday Update and then let me know what you’d like to reserve next week. We can order anything listed on their site – they are even starting to add some quilting patterns if you’re interested. Also fun for people who sew are all the cute bag patterns they are showing. I’m not carrying them in the shop but am happy to order them for you – just let me know what you’d like.
That’s it for this week – don’t forget our new Summer Hours – Wed – Sat 10-4. I enjoyed Tuesday at home working on instructions for a new Needle Delights Originals pattern…I also did finish up my Lollipops but the Technology Issue is preventing me from getting the photos from my camera to my computer – hope to have this resolved soon and then I can show you something!
Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads – have a great weekend and spend a little (or a LOT) of time stitching!
