Hi Stitchers!
Contgratulations to Lynn Harrell who was the lucky keytag winner for July - she'll receive a bag of assorted Mill Hill buttons.
Our Kegtag Prize for August will be a $25 Gift Certificate - all keytags redeemed during August will go in the drawing which will be held at close of business Wednesday, Aug 31st.
It's a dreary day outside here in NW FL and we're busily preparing for our Open House in a few weeks. It will be start on Thursday, Aug 25th and we'll have late hours that evening. Watch your mailbox for more details.
Just in last week:
Sterling silver charms from Charland - there is a darling pair of flip flops $7, a very cute "Christmas Coin" which is dated 2005 and will be a great addition to any special ornaments you make this year ($14.95), and a sand dollar $7.
Ewe & Eye & Friends - Pink Hare Sampler is a darling spot sampler with a bunny in the center and a touch of silk ribbon $10, Dear Heart $8.00, Bob the Bee $8.00, and my favorite Spring Fling is a whimsical piece of a tall vase of flowers. Hard to describe but very cute are two patterns from "The Button Magnet Collection". You stitch a piece (tea & coffee cups or hearts) and finsih it into a fabric covered magnet. Patterns come complete with 2 button magnets for $20.00. I saw these at market and thought they were adorable - great gifts!
Our Fabric of the Month (it's called Vineyard Mist) should ship out of here on Thursday - the R&R people just mailed us our fabric. We have the buttons and flosses ready and will send out the kits as soon as the fabric arrives - if you're a Fabric of the Month Club member and would like to add anything to your fabric order, let us know. We'll include it with your FOM shipment.
