This class is a Needle Delights Original, designed and taught by Kathy as a year long project once a month. The complete design will be a mystery as you will receive a new pattern each month to add to what you have already done. The piece will include a variety of needlepoint stitches and uses silk and cotton threads. Overall design size is 12x18 and is stitched on 18ct canvas. Choose from color selections when you sign up. $85 for Canvas, Threads, and first month's class/pattern, $12/mo for 10 more installments. |

Learn to stitch on 40ct silk gauze. Bring magnification and lighting if needed and a frame to hold your piece (we recommend a q-snap). $25 includes all supplies (gauze, pattern, and threads—your choice of pattern). Call to schedule a lesson. |

"My Stitching Album" from Jeannette Douglas Designs is a new collectible series of 8 patterns, each featuring a different stitch manipulated in a variety of ways with assorted colors. The completed patterns are joined with a front and back cover, and this album becomes a testament to your talent. On the practical side, it also becomes a "Stitching Kit" as fabric pockets on the back of each pattern page can hold treasured stitching tools. This 10 page finished book highlights one particular stitch per page. It is a collectible series consisting of eight new patterns which will be released one at a time bi-monthly beginning Sept 2008 and continuing until Nov 2009. My Stitching Album will expand your stitching knowledge and create an heirloom to be cherished for generations to come.
This series will be offered as a bimonthly class/stitch-a-long starting in October or you can collect them and do them on your own. Thread and fabric kits will also be available. |
